WNTD as a Service (WaaS)

Our WNTD as a Service product (WaaS) was created after a number of companies we work with asked to engage with us on a fully retained and embedded partnership basis, to work on a volume number of project hires over a period of time.

We work with you to build out and deliver a variety of hiring campaigns over a number of months, using multiple sourcing channels. We measure and report on channel data to continuously identify gains in each part of the process to increase conversions.

Typically, companies who engage with us via our WaaS service report a significantly higher rate of conversion on project requirements, whilst enjoying circa 30% savings on their overall talent acquisition costs.

WNTD as a Service+ (WaaS+)

Companies that are serious about significantly increasing their talent pool whilst building direct hire workflows that they effectively own, use our WaaS+ service to not only help them source that next generation of talent for their business, but to analyse and advise them on how to create sustainable sourcing channels and brand propositions that last.

This is in essence our full wrap around legacy service, whereby we find the people companies need whilst at the same time enabling them to attract more direct hires directly, thus significantly reducing their talent acquisition costs whilst expanding their outreach whilst offering greater flexibility, independence and control.

We commence with a discovery audit which involves a forensic review of historical hiring activity, detailed process mapping and cost modelling. Based on our findings, we then present a bespoke service proposition which includes a suggested hiring model build tailored to suit the needs of your company. We take away all the ‘heavy lifting’ associated with the service implementation and our sign-off processes ensure you always stay in control.
